Our Governance & Community
Our church operates under the prayerful leadership and stewardship of our Church Council. We are an inclusive, welcoming faith community that opens its doors to all people, meeting everyone exactly as they are on their journey of faith.
Our Core Tenets of Faith
While our comprehensive Statement of Faith includes eighteen foundational doctrines, the heart of our conviction rests upon these timeless biblical truths:
The Inspiration of Scripture: We believe that every word of the Holy Bible is divine truth, fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, serving as our ultimate authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living.
The Person & Incarnation of Christ: We confess Jesus Christ as the Eternal Word of God made flesh—fully God taking on human nature, dwelling among us to reveal the Father’s love and grace.
Atone-ment & Eternal Hope: We believe that Jesus Christ suffered and died upon the cross as the complete payment for our sins, was buried, and bodily rose from the dead on the third day. He ascended into Heaven, where He sits at the right hand of the Father, and He will return in glory to judge the quick and the dead.
The Unique Way to God: We affirm that salvation is found in no one else; Jesus Christ is the sole Redeemer and the only way to God the Father in Heaven.
Our Spirit of Unity & Christian Fellowship
While we hold firmly to these sacred, core tenets of the Gospel, we approach our brothers and sisters in Christ with charity and grace. We do not reject, condemn, or deny other traditional doctrines, recognizing that the Body of Christ is vast and diverse. We welcome all who seek truth, unity, and a deeper walk with God.
One message: The whole counsel of the Bible
We believe in the complete counsel of the Bible as the one flowing message from God, from the book of Genesis to the book of Revelation. This sacred text is our ultimate guide, providing timeless wisdom and divine instruction for every aspect of life. We are committed to teaching and living by its every word.
One baptism: Born again experience
We believe that all believers should be born again to inherit the Kingdom of God. This transformative experience signifies a spiritual rebirth, a new beginning in Christ that leads to a life devoted to Him. It's a fundamental step in our walk of faith and relationship with the divine.
One God: Three natures of God
We believe that one God appeared to people in three different natures for different purposes: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. This understanding of God's multifaceted being deepens our worship and reverence for His divine plan and presence in our lives.
